WHAT IS THE STORE'S RETURN POLICY?

No returns or Exchanges ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please be sure to ask any questions about our products by email or phone before you make a purchase. We want to make sure our customers are satisfied so feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have with your product if it happens to be defective or the incorrect item. Although we don't except returns we do value our customers and want you to have the best customer experience possible. We will try our best to rectify the situation so that all parties involved are pleased with the final outcome.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS OUT OF THE US?

Unfortunately we do not currently accept order outside of the United States.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

Processed order have a 2 day handling time, and will be received within 3-5 business days.

-We are an online boutique that you can purchase accessories 24/7. Feel free to contact us by phone or email if you have any questions or concerns

-Around the Indianapolis area (within I-465) we will deliver items as long as it is $45 dollars or more. Other arrangements can be made but outside the jewelry parties that will be held periodically throughout the year everything else will be shipped to customers.

-Shipping rates are from $2.00 on up (depending on where you live).

-Make sure that you make all inquiries before you purchase any items from The ICE FACTORY Accessories because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

-Shipping will be standard 3-5 days unless otherwise noted. You can email us if you want us to ship your package priority, or next day air (at an additional charge).

-All packages will be delivered with (delivery confirmation so a tracking number will be provided).

-You must verify that your shipping address is correct because we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. (This is why we will provide delivery Confirmation at no additonal charge to you).

-WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD And PAYPAL.(Checkout will be made through paypal) You do not have to have a paypal account to use your Visa or Mastercard. You can checkout through paypal as a guest.

-Order over $100.00 will need SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (Someone will have to sign for the package) If you don't want us to send it with signature confirmation then you must contact us before it is sent out. You will have to assume responsibility if you request for your package to be sent without signature confirmation.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? IS IT SECURE?

The ICE Factory  checkout process is  powered by  PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, The ICE Factory has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. If you don't have Paypal that's ok because you can always check out with paypal as a Guest.  Although you will still be checking Out on the Paypal website you will be able to pay using your own Credit Card. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.



RETURNS

We Do Not ACCEPT Returns.  Make Sure that you ask us any questions about  a product before you make your final purchase.  Of course if you have received a defective or damaged item you can contact us via phone or email and we will work expeditiously to resolve the problem.​
